Can you do open/video auditions? Or at least have them in sydney? I would be really interested in auditioning, the medoran chronicles is my favourite series and she's such an inspiration!! <3
Question: Given the epic scale of the Medoran Chronicles series, how do you think the adaptation will handle the pacing of the books? Will certain storylines or character arcs be expanded or condensed for the Film/TV format? Additionally, do you(the director and Lynette) have any favorite actors in mind for any of the characters? -Good luck! :)
Do you plan on having the adaption as one big show or movie or will there be seperate release dates ( 1 year it is Akarnae movie or season then after a year or 2 it is Raelia etc. this is if you plan on making it into movies?
Do you have any people u are thinking of casting and for what roles?
Do you have any music composer in mind for the music?
How accurate to the books are you aiming to have the movie/show?
I am really excited but nervous to see what happens. All of Lynette Noni’s books are my favourite and I don’t feel the same about any other book ever.
I'm so curious about the process! Is the producer the one who found the Medoran Chronicles and picked up the rights, or did someone else find it? And will any of the film or production teams be required to read the book before starting?
If these books do get filmed (fingers crossed!!) I really hope the casting for Kaiden has blue eyes 😂 Alex mentions them SO much, and they're such a key detail at this point
Question for the producer: will there be any opportunities to apply for either casting or behind the scenes roles for people in Australia? Can’t wait to (hopefully) see this amazing series brought to life!
Also question for the producer: how involved will Lynette be in the series? I've heard when lots of authors sell the rights for their books they have little to no say over casting, script and even changes made to the storyline. Do you think you will change a lot from the books?
She pretty much answered this already. Her agent and her were very adamant about not letting the rights go to anyone that won't stay true to the book. Her agent is an absolute fan of the medoran chronicles and that's why she made it a point to stick to the script. So I don't think we have to worry too much about that.
Do you think you'll be doing the book justice? I know it's (hopefully) very obvious that you'll try but I have a think when it comes to books turned into films/tv shows.

I was going to ask the same thing!! I’m also curious about accents - what accent would you plan on having as the ‘Medoran’ accent.
Whoops that should end in a ‘?’ 😅
I'm guessing that would depend on where most of the actors are from, Alex could have a mixed accent though as she's moved countries a lot
Samee that would be so cool to even be an extra!
omg thank you! i was going to ask but didn't know what to ask, i want to do acting so bad and i would die to be in the screen productionsss
Question for the producer,
I'm not sure if you have any control over casting... but how do you plan on casting Meyarins? **wiggles eyebrows** ;)

No questions. Only warnings.
Don't. Mess. This. Up. Producers🙂
Few questions for the producer!

Please make it super similar to the books ☺️. I hate it when the movie/tv series is not like the book (Harry Potter 🙄)

Didnt even see them and his blue eyes got me drooling

Has a screenplay been developed? If so, is there anything we can know about it?
Can you do age accurate casting please? I'm tired of seeing 30 year old play 16 year olds
Will there be an open casting call? Will it be filmed overseas or in Australia?
What kind of accent are you thinking? I’m assuming US due marketability but I can’t help but imagine English!
i hope they cast some aussies tho as the books are from australia (and i wanna be in it)
omg same it’s literally my dream
Would it be more likely for a show/movie to be live action or animated?
